Before Intent Media
Prior to co-founding Intent Media, Richard was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Distribution at Travelocity. Richard led the Travelocity Partner Network, which grew to over $2B in sales during his tenure. In 2000, Richard was a co-founder of Site59.com, an innovator in online travel technology and merchandising. Richard served as Site59’s Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and then as CFO through the company’s acquisition by Travelocity in 2002. Earlier in his career, Richard worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Orion Consultants. Richard holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD.
When not in the office
Richard likes planting crops, and has grown corn on his Manhattan fire escape. He also enjoys spending time with his family, snorkeling, and making art.

Before Intent Media
Before co-founding Intent Media, Josh was a Senior Vice President at Travelocity, where he managed the company’s Hotel business and also served as Chief Product Officer for Travelocity Europe and lastminute.com. Prior to that, Josh was a co-founder of Site59.com (acquired by Travelocity), where he served as Vice President, Product Operations. Earlier in his career, Josh led restaurant openings for the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group and worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Josh holds a BA from Princeton University and a certificate from Harvard Business School’s General Manager Program.
When not in the office
You can find Josh singing karaoke, supporting Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League, and watching Top Chef. His favorite food is a nice, dry-aged porterhouse.

Before Intent Media
Prior to co-founding Intent Media, Damon served as Deputy CEO for Travelocity Europe and lastminute.com. Previously, Damon was a co-founder of Site59.com (acquired by Travelocity), where he ultimately held the position of General Manager. Earlier in his career, Damon was Manager, Strategy at Diageo and worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Damon holds an AB from Dartmouth College.
When not in the office
Damon enjoys taking big adventures like driving cross country, sailing around the world, and living in foreign lands. His current big adventure is one of his most exciting and unpredictable: exploring New York City, family-style, with his wife, two young children, and no itinerary.

Josh was Global Chief Technology Officer at Travelocity, and previously held multiple leadership roles driving the company’s strategic product and technology investments. Prior to that, Josh was CTO of Site59.com. Earlier in his career, Josh served in various technical and client-facing roles at Razorfish, Time Warner, and The New York Times. Josh holds a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
When not in the office
Josh enjoys traveling the world, spending time with his wife and two young children, and cheering for the Boston Red Sox.

Before Intent Media
Rob was CMO at Smart Destinations, a ticketing platform for museums, sights, and tours. He oversaw online and offline marketing, as well as the web store responsible for 70% of the company's B2C sales. Previously, Rob spent several years at GSI Commerce, leading a group that managed 30 online and catalog businesses, including Sports Authority, Bath & Body Works, and iRobot. Earlier in his career, Rob worked for Fort Point Partners, McKinsey & Co., and Worlds Inc. Rob holds a BA from Yale, an M.Phil from Cambridge, and an MBA from Harvard.
When not in the office
Rob loves traveling (the farther off the beaten path, the better), spending time with friends and family, and compiling TPS Reports.

Before Intent Media
Geoff was a Financial Software Engineer and Agile Coach at Real Time Risk Systems, a financial software and services company that provides technology solutions to hedge funds. Previously, Geoff served as a Technical Lead and Officer at International Fund Services. Prior to that, he held engineering positions at Data-Basics and National City Corp. He holds a BS from Allegheny College.
When not in the office
Geoff enjoys exploring New York City with his dog, sailing, and any activities involving a beach.

Before Intent Media
Chat was Head of Data Insights and Search Operations for North America Sales at Google. He previously served as Google’s Head of Strategy and Manager, Sales Operations for North American Sales & Operations. Prior to that, Chat held director and manager-level roles at Leapfrog Online, USA TODAY, and The Motley Fool. Chat holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Duke University.
When not in the office
Chat loves hanging out with his ever-growing family and riding his bicycle whenever possible.

Before Intent Media
Derek was Head of Agency Relations at Google, where he directed the North America sales teams dedicated to Omnicom and Publicis. Derek entered the online media space in 1999 as a founding member and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SmartBrief, a B2B e-newsletter publisher. He began his career at The Advisory Board Company, where he conducted research studies for hospitals and health systems. Derek holds a BA from Williams College.
When not in the office
Derek trains for half-marathons, tries to keep his Boston Terrier out of trouble, and samples the offerings of New York City’s wine bars.

Before Intent Media
Adam was a Product Manager at Right Media and then Yahoo!, where he developed a wide range of products and tools for the Right Media Exchange, with a focus on behavioral targeting technologies. Previously, Adam was a Senior Project Manager at TSYS Prepaid and a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. He started his career as a physics and computer science teacher. Adam holds a BSc from Imperial College London and an MA in Physics from Columbia University.
When not in the office
Adam tries to make the most of every available moment with his family.

Before Intent Media
Kurt was a team lead at Thoughtworks and helped build engineering teams at several start-ups, including Collaborative Drug Discovery, Triggit, and Ten Ton Labs, where he was a co-founder. He has more than 15 years of experience building scalable distributed systems and high-performance engineering teams. Kurt holds a BSE from the University of Michigan.
When not in the office
Kurt can be found exploring New York City, downhill skiing, snowboarding, and competing in triathlons.

Before Intent Media
Prior to joining Intent Media, Carolyn was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group based in San Francisco, CA. She focused on marketing and sales strategy for technology and media companies. Prior to that, Carolyn was an early employee at Juniper Networks, where she held various roles in Marketing, Strategy, and Product Management. Carolyn holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
When not in the office
Carolyn enjoys exploring all that NYC has to offer, cooking at home, jogging or cycling outside, and scouting out the best fresh powder come winter.

Before Intent Media
Jonathan has fed his passion for web-based products with over 10 years of experience in online technologies spanning search engine marketing, web analytics, ad serving, database marketing, and e-commerce merchandising. He has worked in Business Analytics at Google, served as COO and VP of Product and Marketing at Edatis, and contributed to the product teams of RichFX and Dash.com. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and an MA in International Studies and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
When not in the office
Jonathan enjoys cycling and reading The New Yorker, although he no longer does them at the same time.
